Returns and Refund

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 1 day of delivery for only a 80% refund of the total amount paid. The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements, or that show signs of wear or damage.

We will provide you with instructions on where to send the product and how to prepare it for shipping. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Once we receive the product and verify that it meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a 80% refund to your original payment method.

Refund Policy:

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 5 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive an email notification once it has been processed.

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs, and that any restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchange Policy:

If you would like to exchange your product for a different size or style, please contact us at [support@rebornwonders.com] within 1 day of delivery. We will provide you with instructions on how to initiate the exchange, as well as any fees or restocking charges that may apply.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us, as well as any shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Exceptions:

Please note that custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately and we will make arrangements to replace it.
